I just got a new laptop; it has Windows 10 and I absolutely hate it because, for me, it is so counter-intuitive and confusing.

Is this a conscious decision by Microsoft to alienate users like me who have been strong defenders and supporters of Microsoft? It’s working.

Microsoft has convinced me it simply doesn’t care about people like me. But perhaps I am being too harsh. Maybe there’s simple way to get this.
