Microsoft print to pdf outlook 2016 free. [Solved] Microsoft Print to PDF Not Working on Windows 10
If you firstly change the default printer by clicking within the main outlook window file, print options. Change the printer to the correct printer. Then change the printer in the Printer field click back. Now go to your email with the PDF attached and click “quick print” this should now work. I played around with it for a few minutes and its now printing to a different printer as default.
