I have a windows 10 install which has been running smoothly since I upgraded from 8. I can’t roll-back as there appear to be no system restore points for some reason. So I’ve tried the reset with keeping files which it says it can’t do. So I’ve tried to do the reset from a dvd which says the drive is locked.
